Refund Policy
Visafi is a private facilitation service. Every order has two parts: the government fee, which we pass through to the issuing authority on your behalf, and Visafi's service fee for preparing, checking, and submitting your application. This policy explains which of those can be refunded and how to ask.
Government fees are never refundable
The government fee shown at checkout (for example, the UK Home Office ETA fee) is paid directly to the issuing authority the moment your application is submitted. Visafi does not hold or control this money and cannot recover it, so it is not refundable under any circumstances — including if your application is refused, withdrawn, or cancelled.
Service fees are reviewed case by case
Refunds of Visafi's service fee are considered individually. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee a refund, and we may ask for additional information before deciding. Factors we take into account include whether work on your application has already started, whether it has been submitted to the issuing authority, and the reason for the request.
If your application is refused
If the issuing authority refuses your application, you are always eligible to request a refund of Visafi's service fee. Submit a request as described below and include the refusal notice; the government fee remains non-refundable.
How to request a refund
Open your order from your account and choose Request a refund, or reply to any Visafi email about your order. You will immediately receive an automated confirmation that your request has been received and is being processed.
We will email you our decision. If a refund is approved, it is returned to the original payment method; your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.
